擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)液壓(ya)缸(gang)是輸(shu)出扭(niu)矩并(bing)實(shi)現往復運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行元件,有單葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)、雙葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)、螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾(ji)種形(xing)式(shi)(shi)。葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)式(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi):定(ding)子(zi)塊固定(ding)在(zai)缸(gang)體上,而葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)和轉(zhuan)子(zi)連(lian)接在(zai)一起(qi)。根據(ju)進油方向,葉片(pian)(pian)(pian)將(jiang)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)子(zi)作往復擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)又(you)分單螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙螺旋兩(liang)種,現在(zai)雙螺旋比較常用,靠兩(liang)個(ge)螺旋副降液壓(ya)缸(gang)內活塞的(de)直(zhi)線(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變為直(zhi)線(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實(shi)現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(3)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系統(tong)控(kong)(kong)制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)太低。控(kong)(kong)制管路中節流(liu)(liu)阻力(li)(li)可能過(guo)大,流(liu)(liu)量閥調節不當,控(kong)(kong)制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)不合適,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)源受到干擾。此時應檢查控(kong)(kong)制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)源,保證壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)調節到系統(tong)的規定值。
(4)液壓系統中(zhong)進入空氣。主要是(shi)因為系統中(zhong)有泄(xie)漏發生(sheng)。此時應檢查液壓油箱的(de)液位,液壓泵吸(xi)油側(ce)的(de)密封(feng)件和管接頭(tou),吸(xi)油粗(cu)濾器(qi)是(shi)否太臟。若如此,應補充液壓油,處理密封(feng)及管接頭(tou),清洗或更換粗(cu)濾芯。
現象(xiang)(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓(ya)力迅(xun)速(su)上升或(huo)者缸壁膨脹,油液進入(ru)間隙,壓(ya)力形成(cheng)對密(mi)封的下行作用,串(chuan)漏形成(cheng)
2.密封環未設計泄(xie)壓槽
防止措施:
1.密封環設計留有泄壓(ya)(ya)槽,油液通過泄壓(ya)(ya)槽,填充(chong)溝槽從(cong)而壓(ya)(ya)縮O形圈(quan),產生密封
原因:
1.運動速度太快
2.有(you)偏(pian)心運動
3.滑動面(mian)粗糙(cao)度不(bu)均勻
4.安(an)裝時(shi)扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形密封
2.消除(chu)偏心運動(dong)
3.修改(gai)滑(hua)動面粗糙度
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝(gou)槽設計不(bu)合理導致(zhi)壓縮(suo)率太(tai)大:沒有考(kao)慮到(dao)材料由于熱(re)量及化學介質(zhi)引(yin)起(qi)的變形(xing),或由于壓力過大引(yin)起(qi)
防止措施:
1.溝槽的設計應考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)材料(liao)由(you)于溫(wen)度及化學介(jie)質引起(qi)的變(bian)形
