緩沖裝置
在(zai)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系統(tong)中使用(yong)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)驅動具(ju)有一(yi)定(ding)質(zhi)量(liang)的機構,當液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)運動至行(xing)程終點(dian)時(shi)具(ju)有較大動能(neng),如(ru)未(wei)作減速處(chu)理,液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)活塞與缸(gang)(gang)(gang)蓋將發(fa)生(sheng)機械碰撞,產(chan)生(sheng)沖擊(ji)、噪(zao)聲,有破壞性。為緩和及(ji)防(fang)止這(zhe)種(zhong)危(wei)害發(fa)生(sheng),因此可在(zai)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)回路中設置減速裝置或在(zai)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體內設緩沖裝置。
加工
缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒作為液壓缸(gang)(gang)(gang)、礦用單體(ti)支柱、液壓支架、炮(pao)管(guan)等產品的主要(yao)部件,其加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang)的好壞(huai)直(zhi)接影響整個產品的壽(shou)命和可靠性。缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)高,其內表面粗糙度要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)為Ra0.4~0.8&um,對同軸(zhou)度、耐磨性要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)嚴格。缸(gang)(gang)(gang)筒的基本(ben)特征是深孔加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),其加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)一直(zhi)困(kun)擾加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)。
、液(ye)壓缸低速爬行的(de)現象
液壓缸(gang)的(de)活塞桿在油壓的(de)作用下(xia)伸出(chu)或縮回(hui)時,經常出(chu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)速度(du)不均(jun)勻現(xian)(xian)(xian)象,并有(you)時伴有(you)振動(dong)和異(yi)響,從而(er)引起(qi)整個液壓系統的(de)振動(dong),并帶動(dong)主機其它部(bu)件(jian)振動(dong),在主機調試(shi)過程中經常出(chu)現(xian)(xian)(xian),有(you)時速度(du)快了(le),這種(zhong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象會減輕(qing)。除因液壓系統管路引起(qi)這種(zhong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象以外,液壓缸(gang)自身產(chan)生的(de)振動(dong)也經常引發此類現(xian)(xian)(xian)象。
原因分析
液壓(ya)缸有(you)桿腔(qiang)和無(wu)桿腔(qiang)存有(you)氣(qi)體(ti)而產生(sheng)的低速爬行,由于(yu)氣(qi)體(ti)混在液壓(ya)油中,在壓(ya)力的作用下,容器內體(ti)積變化,在高壓(ya)作用下甚至(zhi)發生(sheng)氣(qi)體(ti)瞬間(jian),從而引起液壓(ya)缸的速度(du)不穩(wen)定。
